My husband and I lived at Chatham Pines for 1 year, from 2005 - 2006, and we miss living here so much that we are considering moving back. The staff was slow back then, but we loved the apartment. True that the pool is cold, but this keeps it more empty than it would otherwise! We never had a problem with parking. The walls were relatively thin, but no more so than any other apartment complex.
