Courtney Springs is without a doubt an eye catcher. BEWARE!! Once you have signed a lease the management is downright nasty and will blame any complex problem on you. Mold and silverfish are a real problem so much that they now have you sign a disclaimer with your lease. The floors and walls are not insulated so you hear every noise, the managment is non-responsive to noise complaints so you are forced to call the Police. Management is aware of many problems and turns a blind eye to it evidently because they all live in the complex at reduced rates. If you need to add an extra month or two to your lease because your waiting to move into somewhwere else expect them to stick it to you for at least an additional $200-$400 extra per month. Many other options avaiable. Try to avoid renting here at all costs
