quiet and convenient but thats about it

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
these apartments were made of wood, no block -I used to pass them when they were being built
the rumours of poor soundproofing and silverfish are very true, we had poor soundproofing and silvefish in the closets
along with ants.
We were warned before we moved in that the management was rude, I never found this to be the case.
and that they always find something to keep money back from you when you move out- that was true, we got back about a third of our original deposit and we cleaned the apt from top to bottom.
bottom line, theres cheaper apartments that are probably better than Courtney Springs.
