I have lived in Courtney Springs apts for more than 8 months . The first couple of months were not so bad but as time went on things slowly started getting worse. In December my AC broke and I repeatedly contacted the managment but nothing was ever done. To make matters worse they soon called me and let me know I was being evicted because of non payment. I paid my rent but the girl at the front desk posted it to the wrong account. Thats when I brought up the AC again..it still took 5 days to fix and by that time it was Jan.28th of 2004. Last but not least, I now have fleas and it has taken them over 2 weeks to get someone to my house to exterminate them. The catcher is.. I dont have any animals so they are from a downstairs neighbor. All I can say about this place is ..PATHETIC!
