I've lived at Courtney Springs for two years now and it's been a pleasant experience. The apartment is huge and is layed out nicely. I can hear my upstairs neighbors occassionally but I've lived in apartments for years and that's normal. The staff has always been accommodating and very nice. The new management has been very repsonsive so I do not agree with some of the other comments on this site.
