Factual information from a current apartment dweller at Courtney Springs Apartments in Winter Springs. MY RENTAL INCREASE WAS 150 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!! I had to wait two days when I had feces backing up in my bathtub. And to top it off...I was called 6 times in one day because of an accounting oversight which was a direct result from their failure to hand over my lease in a timely manner. This is fro someone who has never been a day late with rental payments.....I?ll let you decide!!
