Not any type, gel, fiber, softside, whatever. Doesn't matter what floor and doesn't matter if you carry renter insurance. Only apts I ever seen with this rule and that sucks!
This place also rents according to your income. You have to have a monthly income equal to 3x your rent. So count on $2500/mo income if you want a 1 br, the cheapest apt they have. No, student loans/grants do not qualify as income!
Other than that, the apartments are some of the nicest ones in town. I have a friend who lives there and the apts are very nice inside, nice floorplans, and new appliances (apts built in 2001). I was going to rent there until I found out about better apts: Stonecastle. Their builders were apparently contracted to build the apts at courtney springs because some of the floorplans are identical even down to placement of the appliances. Stonecastle however has nicer grounds, is gated, and has awesome maintenance and staff. However it's $100/mo more than courtney springs.
I still recommend either courtney springs or stonecastle if you're looking for luxury quality apts in winter park. You get what you pay for and they are very new apts. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
