The staff was great before I signed the lease, but when problems arose..forget it. You are on your own..We have mold growing in our closet, at least two others residents have the same problem..black mold creeping up the walls..I had to call the heatlh department, and I still have no resolution. If that wasn't enough, it took them a week to unclog my shower drain, so i had to bath in 8 inches of water..The management said, use the other bathroom..gee, thanks..also the front bumper of my pick-up truck was stolen, people not living here use the pool, alcohol also around the pool. They have all the rules, but no spine to enforce them..can't wait till my house is finished...
