Don't move in here. Within the first two weeks we were robbed ($7,000's was taken!) but there was no forced entry (figure that out) and it happened to 14 other apartments in that complex within the next t wo weeks. Hmmm, I wonder why. And we were never warned once! Then we were attacked by bugs that next week, REALLY BIG ONES. This place is horrible, managment was jerks the whole time and basically just told us they weren't liable.

I can understand how you would be upset about being broke into. But did you ever stop to consider that crime can and does happen anywhere? I can't imagine how you could hold the management responsible for something they have no control over. It would be the same thing if you rented a house in a sub division. It would not be the homeowners associations responsibilty to WARN you. I think that when future readers are reading these rating they should take into consideration that when something bad happens to someone they usually want anyone but themselves to be responsible. I feel bad for the person this happened to but get real " things happen" that nobody has control over.

I have been looking into these apartments and I looked into the police report and it was kids during the summer time with nothing to do. The police cannot prove anything because they were picking the lock (these come with alarms) and taking small items like laptops and cameras. This is why they have renters insurance. So before this person turns you away because they seem to be an apartment lawyer look around and you will see that in this area these give you more square footage with newer appliances for a cheaper price. Down the road there is more crime. 10 to 1 we are going with this one but because of this person I looked into the problem.
