Finally, a place to call home. We have lived in several apartments as our job requires us to move constantly. We were refered to Courtney Springs from another apartment complex. We were told you have to go to Courtney Springs, the apartments are huge and the staff is amazing. Well, we came and fell in love. Everything we were told about the apartments was right on target. The floor plans are gigantic with lots of closet space. The staff is one of the best I have seen in a long time. They have gone above and beyond to make us feel at home. We have been here about 3 months now and they have parties for the residents and they do things for the kids too. I looked at some of the other reviews that were not so positive and I have deduced that these must be people who are impossible to please. Way to go Courtney Springs keep up the good work. With all the condo conversion stuff happening it's nice to know that there is still one apartment community who know customer service. When you stop by to rent an apartment say hello to the girls in the office, I promise that they will take the very best care of you. Ask for Barbie or Brenda.

Did they tell you about the 13 robberies a month ago? Yes, all in one day and without forced entry. Ponder that and go ahead and ask them about it.

I know about the robberies and I also know that it is not there fault. call your local police and they will tell you the same thing. it is happening all over florida
