Overall the living conditions are alright. I wouldn't suggest living on bottom floors you can hear everything from doors closing to a toliet flushing. Do not be late in rent their coporate agency has several fees that you have to go through, and after that they no longer accept checks. Staff is fine they have done what has been asked try to keep your issues to Barbie the other one gets things wrong all the time. Pest control was a problem at first, they came up with some lame excuses but i found that simple ant and roach motels took care of it. Parking is pretty bad, there are garages but no one uses them for parking.

I agree that the office person does not know what she is doing, but the manager will take care of any concerns that you have. As for the fees you mentioned I was also surprised when I paid my rent late but could not argue the fees because they are clearly stated in my lease. I guess my point is I can't blame them for doing their job. We love living here and plan to stay another year or more.
