When our neighbor told us that someone had written a bad review about our apartment manager we had to take a moment to respond. We have lived here since 2003 and this new company came in sometime in 2005. At first we were a little nervous not sure if they were going to turn us to condo or what would happen. Now we can only say that we are so happy we decided to stay. They came in a cleaned out the people that did not need to be here, they cleaned up the property and yes the rents have gone up but it is well worth every penny. I always remember the phrase I heard a hundred times as a child and that is you get what you pay for. Yes we could move somewhere else but would we get the same wonderful service from everyone employed here. Probably not! The maintenance people are great they come almost always the same day we ask them too unless they have to order something and then they come the next day. As for the manager she is one of the most genuine people we have ever met, she lives here and takes great pride in how the property is run. I agree with the man that said if people were considerate of each other then maybe she would not be in your business. We just wanted to say keep up the good work and don't stop doing what your doing this is a great place to live because of the great people that work here.
