My fiance and I came to Orlando in 2004 and had a horrible experience in far too many apartment complexes. Break-in's, loud neighbors, a perfectly good place destroyed by college kids.

Courtney Springs was the answer to all of our dreams. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are so spacious. The neighbors are so kind!

We recommend this place to EVERYONE.
