Our experience at "Legends" was interesting. The neighbors is our building were fine. Parking was tough until people started leaving. My truck was broken into once, and my car wash material was stolen when I went inside to get a towel.

For the price of rent, the apartments were low grade, but the layout was nice. The carpet fades quickly, and the tile in the kitchen was low end. They will tell you that you cannot have a propane grill on the patios, but many people have them. Great big one when you drive in.

It took them 3 months to fix my AC, though it cooled, it ran all the time. An simple switch had to be replace, cost me an addition $100.00 a month in energy. Then the drain clogged, stained the wall. They never repainted, or offered to repaint for that matter.

The guys are nice, and try to do their jobs. Management is poor though and makes them look bad. The turn over rate for the lower staff is high. I think that contributes.

We moved out two months early, and paid out our lease. The management is generally a pain to deal with. If I would have thought about it, I would have document all the time I wasted with them, and the short comings on their end of the lease agreement so I could legally file a complaint. Then again, they are not worth my time.

It is cheaper to buy/rent a house than rent there anyway.

This does not make us happy! We are planning on move here in a few weeks. Would like other honest opinions, please! Maybe we should decide to stay where we are.

I have lived here for 3 plus years and I have never had any of the issues that the above listed. The rules are simple and if you follow them then you should not have a problem. The guys that fix things do a great job and the girls in the office are always friendly and helpful.
