We decided to become homeowners and are moving out this week. We have lived at Legends for two years. We have a two bed two bath and have always liked the layout. The washer and dryer are a nice perk that I have not had at other complexes. The grounds are nice and well kept. The maintenance staff are always helpful when problems arise. We had a issue with the A/C not working twice in two years. The A/C was fixed within a few hours both times. One other problem came up with the washer leaking. It took one day for the repair but they told us in advance that it would take a day to get someone out. The Office staff was always helpful and curteous. Parking has always been an issue at other comlexes we have lived in. Parking has never been an issue at Legends and there are plenty of spaces in our area of the complex. We unfortunatly had a loud neighbor above us. We attempted to speak to her about it unsuccessfully. This was the only negative part about living here, it would have been nice if she was a little more considerate. We will always look back at our time living at Legends as a positive experience. We also would recomend this complex to anyone and the price is decent for this area.

We are here about 6 months and I agree with you regarding the noise. We have a 3bed, 2bath apt. the people above us it sounds like godzilla is above us. We have not made a complaint yet, I really don't think anything can be done. We are thinking about moving when our lease is up. We will make sure we take an top floor apt. We like Legends Winter springs, management and maintenance are great.

I have heard that no matter how meticulously clean you leave your apartment , they ALWAYS find something to hold back some of your security deposit? and Secondly, Courtney Spgs apartments, were built with no block they are all wood, they are notoriously poor on sound insulation so expect to hear your neighbors !

I lived there for several years and just moved out mid-2009. I got all my deposit back, BUT was crazy-meticulous about cleaning, patching nail holes in the wall, etc.
