I?ve lived at Courtney Springs for three years! I love it here! I was shocked to read the comments from others who are clearly delusional! Clearly they didn?t think a rule should apply to them like paying the lease break penalties, it?s obvious they are imature and can?t accept responsibility therefore have to call names and be hatefull to feel better about themselves. Wow, how sad are they.





Anyway I want everyone to know what an great place this community is! I love it here as do many of my friends. The staff is courteous and professional. The apartments are very nice and large. The landscape is beautiful you can drive through and see that for yourself! Not to mention the property won awards for the landscape design and the City of Winter Springs awarded them the "Beautification" Award. So gosh I guess they thought the landscape was bad too.





This is a great place to call home! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment home in Winter Springs.





Trust me when I say I?ve lived at a place called Golf Terrace and that place is a joke! You can?t go wrong at Courtney Springs!
