In to response of the whining people, kids will be kids and I would rather see them playing kick ball in a grassy area than see them playing in the road. The management team at Willa Springs has never been more kind, friendly and prompt with any issuses that I and my husband have had. People that live in an apt. community need to learn to communicate with each other instead of using the office for a crutch. This is a family community and kids should be able to play as long as they are not being destructive or disrespectful (which they are not)!!!!!!! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!!!!!!!

In response to this review, I feel that when kickballs are being kicked towards cars that are parked in the parking lot,I need to say that is destructing resident's property. If I see a child damage my own property, there will be consequences not only to the child but also to the parent. I hope that the parents are willing to take responsibility for damages that occur.

By the way, the skateboarding hasn't stopped either. They just do it at night now. They've been doing constant renovation for several months now. I have new water damage now from the new work that is worse than the original hurricane damage.
