The good thing that I can say about Willa Springs is that management is finally fixing this place. The only thing that sucks about it is that all the white trash that lives here is just going to destroy it. But kudos to the staff. Now that we are cleaning the property up. Let's start cleaning this place up tenant wise.

If you only knew that there are fair housing laws that do qualify everyone the same way regardless of race, religion or any slang name you decide. If they pay and play by the rules..they stay. If you only knew the lawsuits based on discrimination!

I wish people would quit writing such negitive B.S. about this complex. As a contractor, dealing with other apartment communities there are far worse place to live & this place is A .
