I am not a big conspiracy theorist but I really am starting to believe that the good reviews of this place have been written by the office staff. Not that they are really bad people, they are just enforce random rules at random times. I dont think anyone is really giving them KUDOS for the "Extreme Makeover" going on right now. I was not very excited about the Mexican painters who literally busted through my screen to paint my porch and made sure to have a little peek through my blinds. Not so nice. Not to mention the fact that they cant even decide what color to paint the buildings so we have about 20 different splotches of color all over where we live. "Oh, yes come visit us! We live in the brown/orange/yellow/white building on the left!"
And I dont understand how my neighbors afford to live there. My teensy tiny place is totally overpriced, I wasnt sure it was worth stretching my budget for when I first moved in. I cant imagine if I was of the, seemingly, low income level of some other tenants. Or are they tenants' Who knows, what with no gates on either entrance anyone can (and does) pop on it to use the one un-drained pool and dirty tennis courts. I think some of the repair folk frequenting the grounds have gone ahead and moved in.
