This is a good community. I have lived in 5 different communities in Orlando and this is the best so far. Good management team, excellent maintenance staff and generally good neighbors. Not too noisy but that always depends on neighbors, there are a lot of kids but better kids than a bunch of hoodlums. This is a good place but the rent prices are going way up, as is the rent of all the apartments in this area. I WANT TO WARN ALL NEW RESIDENTS THAT ALTHOUGH THIS IS A GOOD COMMUNITY IT HAS BEEN SOLD TO A LIMITED LIABILTY CORPORATION IN SOUTH FLORIDA KNOWN FOR APARTMENT TO CONDO CONVERSIONS AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT MAY GO CONDO, SO FUTURE RENTERS BEWARE. Welcome to the renter??s hell that has Orlando has become.
