I used to consider Willa Springs a nice place to live, but the new owners are rapidly changing that opinion. The entire place is a construction site, as renovations likely intended to benefit future condo owners are haphazardly being done. The tennis courts and main pool are closed for renovations, and the rents are on the rise in a ridiculous way. It's a sad and disappointing situation. Recent burglaries aren't impressive either.
