Nice apartment with apartment level issues -- cheap, inefficient appliances, too much noise. Biggest problem is the preponderance of pets -- neighbors have too many barking dogs. The location is good, amenities are positive and the property is generally well kept. Staff is mostly accessible and helpful -- although had a long delayed package that was delivered to the office.
