My Year in the complex

We have rented a two bedroom upstairs apartment last April, since then... after numerous complaints our Fridgerator still leaks, the AC broke and water filled the wall up to where you could poke your finger through the drywall. The place smells like mold, and what they did do about it was... replace a small pipe, and paint over the mold. I would not recommend purchasing one of these units as a condo. Unless you want to completely redo the entire plumbing (rust is a huge problem) and de-mold the house after you spend $180k on 1000 square feet.
