I think the person that wrote the "anonymous" recomendation for this apt complex probably works there. The management there changes at every level at the drop of a hat. Nothing is consistent and the current staff is completely condesending. They don't seem to understand the resident should be able to make a request and not be questioned or scrutinized. They should understand we are the bread and butter. I would never recomend this complex. And sincerely recomend renting a home. Prices at this location are rediculous. The Phase One apts are dilapidated.

I was Living here for four years and I am glad to leave. It used to be so great but with the new staff, it is horrible. They are very rude and condesending. I dropped my Rent off at night before they opened so it would not be considered late. They said it was not in thereand when i looked there it was, but they said I had just put it there and one of the staff who used to be a maintance lady there basically in so many words called me a liar and said she looked, but I know the truth. After four years of not one late payment and one time when it really wasnt late and it is a fiasco. They then preceded to as why my boyfriend was with me all the time and that he was not on the lease so he should not be there all the time, he did not live there, we just hung out everyday, get over it. They are way over priced now. The appliances and etc.. are all old . I went next door and got an apatment just as nice upgraded for less than what they were charging. Originally moved in at 855 when I left the rent was 1095. If the management does not change I would say stay away. They need to lowere their prices or upgrade them. Oh and you will pay way more for electricity in a 1000 sq foot aparment than you would a 1600 sq ft home, much much more. The ac is so hold it takes for ever to cool the place. My electric was about 175 a month here now it is only 70, hmmmmmm.
