I am moving into this complex in June. We met Pat and my husband and I were so impressed with the customer service provided as well as the deals that were presented to us while we were there.

The landscaping is beautiful, and the buildings look great. The fitness center is cool and very spacious. All of the equipment are clean and there is every workout machine you need to work everything on your body and then some. While we were there a resident told ----- (as we were walking by the pool area) that something was wrong with the equipment, they wouldn't run. She promptly told him "I'll check on that right now" and while my husband and I looked over into the Yoga room she went to the breaker and everything was all done. Fixed just like that. The resident seemed that it was a normal thing for a problem to be fixed so quickly.

It was a quiet neighborhood and the floor plans of the apartments were open and spacious. There are washer and dryers in the units and there are so many windows for a lot of light. Also, the security deposit, move in fee, and application fee are low so thats great!

What didn't we like' Lets see, well we didn't like that water wasn't included in the rent but thats not a big deal. We didn't like that you have to pay $10 more to have certain view such as The Fountain View (your apartment is in front of the Lake Fountain.)$10 more for vaulted ceilings, $10 more for the Natural Preserve View, and to be able to use a private garage of your very own in front of your building you have to add $125 to your monthly rent. Seemed a little "nickle and dimed". Also the pet fee is a little high at $350. But its a one time fee so you wouldn't be paying a monthly rent for your pet. We also don't like what we keep hearing about the initial security deposit being kept after you move out.

I want to mention something thats extremely important. We have done a sex-offender search for this complex. No registered offender lives at Serenity at Tuskawilla. I believe there were 2 offenders 2 miles away from the complex. Big selling point for ANYONE who knows that usually you have about 7 within a mile of your home. Well, not in this case. Thats a major positive about this place.

Overall our first impression was fantastic. After we move in, I will add another review and again when we move out I'll add a review. So many people have recommended this place. We're moving here because we have done our research. You make sure you do yours too.

They have the friendliest and must accommodating leasing and maintenance staff that i ever dealt with, along with great location and excellent amenities. Everyone makes you feel at home.!

Yeh, ----- is about as phony as they come; she lies and has the employees lie as well. Wait until you move out and get ripped off.

The gym equipment is cleaned daily, front office people are great!!! If you have any maintenance problems good luck with dennis and jose justin would be your best bet if you need any thing done correctly i have had a good record with him so far. Landscaping could be better but as far as i have seen only one person is keeping it up so GREAT JOB YOU SINGLE LANDSCAPER!! Over all Serenity is a DELIGHTFUL PLACE TO LIVE!!!

How do you explain maintenance when 2 machines have been broken forever. Or explain why the treadmills read wax belt soon. Maintenance will do some of the most creative cobble jobs I have ever seen in my life. Is the above wrote by a staff member? I know most resisdents aren't happy here and are leaving once contracts are up. Would be very surprised to actually see a resisdent say the above.

I agree...place is falling apart. Appliances are from the 50s it seems and the AC units are garbage...if you haven't moved in, DON'T. Spend more money somewhere else...you will be happy you did because by the time you pay your electric bill, you will be sorry!!!!
