My wife and I lived in Serenity for almost 2 years. The staff was very friendly, and always took the time to sit down and talk with us when we had any questions or even when we just stopped by to pay rent. They never made us feel unwelcome-

Repairs were made on time, and the maintenance crew was very friendly and trustworthy. Parking was great for our apartment since we were in the back area and had plenty of places to choose from.

The best part about the apartment though is the location. It cannot be beat. Everything you need is within walking distance. There are sidewalks the whole way to any store or dentist/doctors office. There is plenty of places to eat and 2 grocery stores to walk to. If you want to save on fuel and time, Serenity is perfect for that. You can drop your car off at the many different maintenance locations and just walk back home, no need for a ride. You can't find an apartment complex that compares to Serenity in this area.

Me too. I have been here longer than these folks and watched the complex hold up under some corporate changes and other changes that would normally make the complex suffer. As far as noise, you will not find a better maintained and choice of inhabitants. The previous two 'letters and ratings seem off course for the way this place is handled. Rich accessx9@mac.com

The noise I agree with. It is always peaceful. All other parts of this review I don't agree with. The statements used to be true. Unfortunately not any more, exact opposite.

Care free living if you don't care about throwing money out the window. Run down, poorly maintained complex in need of a serious overhaul.

They're never going to update things - why would they? It's only a matter of time before someone follows through with a small claims against them for stealing deposits and then they'll get shut down.
