Lanscaping is completely shot. The lawn is dead. Lanscaping consumed by weeds. Pools are hotter than a jacuzzi because the pumps aren't running cool water into pool. New owner will not pay for chemicals so pool was shut down for 3 weeks. Old A/C units cause extremely high energy bills. Complaining is worthless. Will not fix anything just cobble it up. Extremely expensive to live here because of old appliances. Half of gym machines are broken. Have told office about broken machines but the owner will not fix them. Not really sure how owner classifies the gym as "state of the art". Absolutely horrible place to live. If you decide to live here open up your wallet and expect to be disappointed.
