A great location and a friendly place to live

You cannot get better or friendlier service at any other complex than Serenity at Tuscawilla! My husband and I have always been greeted in the leasing office with smiles and they even remember your name, which means a lot to us. Whenever I need anything fixed, someone from the maintenance crew is at our place, usually the same day. I have never had to call even twice for service. We have most recently only been here for one year, but also lived here from 1996 to 2003. We would not have considered moving back if we had not been pleased with Serenity. Being so close to Tuscawilla & Red Bug Road is extremely convenient for us and we find just about all our shopping needs within this intersection. There are many restaurants and the Oviedo Mall is just 5 minutes away. Come join us! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

This has got to written by one from the office staff. The above, in reality, is the complete opposite. Friendly service starts with a friendly management team. The management will do anything but tell the truth, very shady. Wait until you point out the error of their ways when your bills are outragous. The manager will ??always not be in the office??. The maintenance will not fix anything, only cobble machines up. Take a look at the gym, pool, lawn care or A/C units for examples. Most of the time residents have to beg to have anything PROPERLY fixed. Honestly I think the maintenance was hired off the street, not very intelligent at all. I would be suprised if the maintenance staff could pass a 6th grade math exam. I would also suggest keeping your own record of anything being fixed or repaired. I learned my lesson, I didn't and now I am paying for it. I wish I would have kept record of how many times I called the office with no result of satisfactory service. I agree with Willa Springs being a wonderful place to live. Then about 2007 things changed dramatically. If you have moved back it will be a short time before you realize how much it costs to live here. Your energy and water bills will be through the roof. The office will do anything but tell the truth, and you WILL open your pocket for the owners that are too cheap to fix anything. I wish I could get the word out to anyone that ever considers living here. Did you ever wonder why residents don??t pay accurate water bills for a units actual use. It??s because the owners claim it is too expensive to fix the meters so many residents are just over charged. So what ends up happening; residents pay for the water use on property through resident water bills. The office actually admits this fact! Calculations for the water bill are based on average formula, not actual use! Not sure how this is even legal. In short, dot your T??s and cross your I??s if you live here. If you are considering living here, DO NOT. The complex is so very poorly managed and owned. You will reqret every day that you signed a lease agreement. What I have said is the absolute truth!!
