This place used to be great, and we lived here happily for years. However, the management quality has steadily declined (and changes often now). They continually raise our rent every year, this year by $100. (I'm guessing that's our loyalty reward - we've been here a long time.)
In exchange, they've failed to follow through on repairs (some are still waiting - YEARS later - I'm not kidding). They've failed to address concerns in our building about the parking. The newsletter went from cute to ridiculous. The noise level has gotten pretty bad, lots of teenagers living around now, as well as one family who's 19 kids run wild in the parking lot all day and night, banging stuff into people's cars, etc.
One of the new people in the office is, nine times out of ten, INCREDIBLY rude, to both myself and my wife.
To top it all off, as I said the rent just went up another almost $100, yet nothing has actually improved. They're delivering less and less, and charging more and more. We're moving out.
Also, if you've lived there a while, you can actually save money by moving out, then starting a new lease on an apt. They charge customers who've been with them a long time more than they charge new ones for the same unit. Loyalty to them as a customer is apparently punished.
