If you like living in a construction zone, then this where you want to live. We've had to repair tires for nails for a year now. NO PARKING! Landscaping is only nice around the office. Noise at 6am from hammers and saws is great! Office staff used to be great but has a "don't care" attitude now that apartments are being built next door. Electic bills are outrageous!(non efficent appliances) Rent goes up every year....this year $80.00 therefore we are moving out.
