We have lived at Seville for 2 years now, and for the most part we've enjoyed our stay, although parking has become a major problem. Per the lease it states anyone with more than 2 vehicles needs to park the 3rd in guest parking. No one in our building with a third car does that. There seems to be a large dog problem too, even though the lease says no dogs over 30 pounds. The office staff is always friendly, which is nice. Sometimes it takes maintenance a few days to get to your service request, which is frustrating at times. Overall though we do like living here.
