The buildings are older than I expected. Walls, carpets (mine smells faintly of cat urine from a previous tenant, and is poorly seamed and edged) and tile are at best in fair condition. The bathroom is worse. Poor quality tile work, water damage to the walls and ceiling and a poorly installed vanity are obvious even to the untrained eye.

Residents pay little attention to parking rules, so don't expect to park close to your apartment, particularly if you live in a single bedroom block. Repeated complaints to the office are not getting results, and judging by the lack of consideration for the rules most of the newer tenants display, I don't expect much improvement. Also, I've seen very few dog walkers pick up their pet's messes. Walk on the grass at your own risk!

My unit has new kitchen appliances, though the promised microwave was nowhere to be found. Of course, I had my own, so no big deal. The included washer and dryer (though old) are also a plus.

The staff have been friendly enough in my limited contact with them, and the maintenance guys are on the ball taking care of emergency repairs.

The neighborhood is usually quiet and nice, with a couple of small parks in walking distance.

I might recommend Seville on the Green to friends, but with reservations. My rent for a 1/1 went from $850 to $935.

I completely disagree. This community is to be recommended in the highest and most positive way. The apartments are very nice and if there is a problem in the apartment, all you have to do is call the office and the excellent service guys will be over to fix whatever problem you may have! The office staff, both new and old, are super nice! I love the floorplans and space of the apartments. The neighbors give me very little trouble; actually, none at all. I would recommend living here to friends and strangers!
