Seville On The Green Apts

I decided to update my review...By far this is the best place I have lived in. Understandably this is an apartment complex and there will be issues no matter where you go. I never ever hear my neighbors which is good, I know that can be an issue in most places but I personally don't have that problem. The staff in the leasing are wonderful. They even helped me look for my kitty when I thought he had gotten out. Which I think is awesome. Most people would not have cared. I have yet to personally thank them for that. But I mean overall this place is great!! They have a huge field out back which is great for the kids to burn off all that energy and you can sit right on your porch and see everything that is going on. Upon moving in my apartment was beautiful!!! I have never seen an apartment in such immaculate condition. I would most definately tell anyone to rent from here. This place is awesome!!!

I'm also a resident at Seville, and when I moved in, I was advised that there wasn't any assigned parking. Perhaps you're referring to a handicapped parking spot? I do agree that the general "first car in front, second car away from the building" rule isn't always followed, but it's a difficult rule to enforce. |

Incorrect, some areas of the complex have assigned spaces, I'm another person in that area (not the original poster here). They painted the numbers on, but they do NOTHING about and ignore our complaints.

I believe there should be one spot for every apartment close to the front. Too many times I've come home at night and people who are just visiting other residents have parked in the spaces close to my apartment. I'm a woman and don't feel safe walking to my car by myself at 6:00 a.m. when I have to leave for work. Be considerate and park in the guest parking. I live over by the pond and this is a CONSTANT problem. My husband has no problem parking away from the building it's just my safety that he's worried about. Too many inconsiderate people though there seems to be the same response on this. |

lol its hard and I am not hanicapped I do however have leg problems from time to time and when i have a car full of groceries its a big inconveinence for me to have to walk back and forth when i was told that my building has assigned parking! I did catch one guy one day parked in my spot and he said I am sorry that is your spot isn't it..I thought ok good at least he is polite well I was wrong. The next day he tried again to park in my spot but I beat him to it and he was none to happy. I said to him well you knew this is my spot and I am not going to feel bad about parking in it. Its just to bad that there are so many inconsiderate people who only care about themselves.
