I don't understand why other people are complaining so much. This place doesn't "look terrible"... it actually looks very nice. Landscapers are here every Friday and work all day. The apartments are very spacious and have new counters and appliances. We've been living here for 7 months and we've had some maintenance issues and a few problems with neighbors, but management has always been quick to help us out. Our neighbors are pretty nice... keep to themselves. Although the next door neighbors are moving out now so we'll see who moves in. Parking has never been a problem. It's very quiet at night. Yes, there some "white trash" living here... but in my opinion, that's MUCH better than living around a bunch of ghetto people. It's in a nice neighborhood.

I used to live in Waterside Apartments on Hall Road.. and compared to that place this is heaven! I actually feel safe when I'm home alone, which is the biggest issue for me. Every place has shady/annoying people living there, so of course there's a chance you'll get one for a neighbor, but overall this is a really great place. I definitely recommend it.
