We moved here three years ago and each year this place gets worse. The electric is always over $200.00 because the windows and doors are so old you can feel a breeze coming through them. The NEW office staff has the "i could care less attitude". I can not stress how much this complex has gone down hill. They get you in here with lower rent then raise it each year we now pay over $1100.00 for a 2 bedroom. If you plan on going to the pool be ready to "relax" with loud mouth drunks. We will be moving out and highly recommend steering very clear from this poorly managed property.

Although I/we have not been to the pool area, we can agree that the management had declined in some manner since moving here. We also agree that these apartments are not the most energy efficient places and have done what we can to keep our electric down, but it does run a bit high considering the square footage of the 2-bedroom apartments. And on a final note, the office staff is less than impressive. We started to have a repore with the property manager but due to personal circumstances, she had to leave, so we have yet to determine how this new property manager is. Overall, I agree with your comments and would cautiously recommend SOTG.

Hmmm...I have seen the office staff more in the past two months than all of last year. The property manager is very matter of fact, but she is getting things done. Last month when I paid my rent I found out we're getting new pool furniture and they do a monthly newsletter to let me know what's going on around us. BTW EVERYONE has high electric! That's just the way it goes...maybe try using your fireplace once in a while.

wow thats funny. use your fireplace in the summer.... hmm guess its not hot enough in the summer. must have been written by our brilliant rental staff.
