This place was great 4 years ago. Now it is section 8. If you want to live in the ghetto and here loud rap music coming from other apartments and cars, this place is for you. I would rather live in a tent. The management is the worst. All i can hear as i"m writing this is thump, thump, thump...... cant wait to leave.

wow. i don't know exactly which part of the complex you live in, but I live here at seville on the green and my experience here has been nothing but great so far. It is not a "section 8 ghetto". If you want to live in a "ghetto" try living in newark, nj. this section of winter springs is straight suburban living. The complex is very well maintained and I have never heard any loud rap music coming from any cars or other building. Ignorant people like you should leave.

I understand what you are saying about the noise. Not only can I hear my upstairs neighbors foots steps all over but i can also hear their vacuum and all the clanking they make in the kitchen. In addition, i can hear an upstairs neighbor who it to my right. They must have some sort of sub-woofer on the floor near a shared beam, cause it sounds like i have a HD theater next to me in my living room. The office is trying to be helpful, but without really talking to the tenant, nothing will be done i think. I try to call them when i hear the noise, but by the time I pick up the phone, the noise stops so I do not continue calling. The place is nice, it is spacious, but i have had the bad luck of not-so-good neighbors. Make me rather unhappy & I had not choice but to renew my lease for now... :(
