Seville On The Green is Great! I moved here from out of state a year ago and looked at over 15 other properties before choosing Seville. It is a small townhome style development with a "homey" feel not found in the many other mega-apartment communities in the area. While the property is slightly dated, the apartments are incredibly spacious with great floor plans,and are clean and quiet. Most have incredible views, mine overlooked a large field and lake where my dog had acres to run and play in, and noise from the neighbors was virtually non-existent. The pool area has been completely renovated and the fitness center is very nice.
The maintenance staff is extremely friendly and efficient, addressing any issues usually within 24 hours and quality of repairs (I had a roof leak after the hurricane last year) were excellent. The office staff, and in particular Holly the manager, are incredible. They take pride in their property and realy do care about their tenants
After being here a year, I am only moving due to the fact that my girlfriend has to have knee surgery and will not be able to use the stairs for quite some time. Unfortunately there were no other ground floor apartments available. Otherwise I would have definitely renewed my lease. I highly recommend you check out Seville!

Management?? This is a personal tenant review and I didn't hide behind an anonymous post like you did. I lived in 112 for the past year and meant every word I said so do not make false accusations just because you have an imaginary axe to grind. Why don't you attempt to rationally verbalize your complaints and any issues you have and LIST YOUR IDENTITY so that any problems you MIGHT have can be addressed. Is it possible that you just haven't paid your rent and are being evicted and because of that have a bad attitude? FYI... if seville is so bad then why is it one of the highest rated apartment complexes in the central florida area? PS: everyone is entitled to their own opinions, JUST NOT THEIR OWN FACTS!!!
