This place is way over priced all the neg. reviews come from real users and the positives come from the staff. The bad reviews are true. I have rented from several apartment communities and this one BY FAR is the worst. All the neg. stories are true and there a many horrible things left unsaid. They don't take care of the pool, or the apartments. The stairs are filthy and need replaced.There are foul mouth kids running all over the parking lot. There is an extremely loud Ford Mustang driven by a young punk that speeds through here at all hours of the night. gee i don't know where to stop..... see for yourself and trust you will see. PS if you move in here i hope you speak Spanish.

I'm also a tenant here and I have not experienced or seen any of these issues. I haven't seen any foul mouthed children running around or heard a loud mustang racing through the parking lots. The pool, from what I've seen, has always been well maintained and clean and like what was said earlier, what's wrong with people who speak spanish? Obviously there must be something wrong with you if you're so ignorant.

I tend to agree that the place is a bit over priced. I would like a 3 bedroom, but not only will they charge you $1000 for upgrading during your lease, but last time I checked they are asking $1300 . Sorry, but I can only afford $1100 and that is a stretch considering gas prices and everything else right now. There are so many more rentals on the market now that they should adjust their prices to be more competitive and to also reflect the struggling economy. Just renewed for a second year, and would hope they would be able to negotiate the rent for existing good standing tenants. I was working on that with the former management, but since she left, I do not feel I have that opportunity with the current management. And I do not know about the Kids, but from time to time, I do hear cars with loud stereos. Hoefver most of my noise comes from neighbors.

So sad that this person is so ignorant to say you must speak Spanish to live here. That doesn't make sense because everyone speaks perfect English! The prices are very reasonable considering the size of these places. The place and pool always looks great and cleaned daily....just look out your window or take a walk!

I'm also a tenant & i love it.. but they are over price ... the only reason i would like to move out is b-c there over priced..
