I have no idea what I just read, but whoever the bitter people are bashing this apartment community have absolutely lost their minds! Seville is nothing short of amazing to live in. The service guys are such hard-working guys and repair anything at your beckon call. They really do go above and beyond. The management staff is also very helpful and nice. Much needed improvements are being made each month and my family and I are satisfied with everything that has been done and is being done. Just because rules and regulations are being enforced doesn't mean the staff is mean or doesn't care. The price of our apartment is great and you can't find a better deal anywhere for the size, location, and service! Let everyone else know if you do! These are older apartments, but they are in such great shape and have been well maintained and cared for over the years....you can tell! As for the noise, you can hear small things like walking or dishes or tv's occasionally, but that's apartment living! You have to be able to deal with those petty noises in any apartment complex you live in. If you can't deal with it, then BUY A HOUSE!! Otherwise, GET OVER IT! This place is not "ghetto" either and like one of the previous responses said, what's wrong with speaking spanish'! I can't belive the racism that is still in existance here! Wow! Unbelievable. I would recommend Seville in every aspect to anyone looking for a great place to live. And to the person who thinks every positive response is from the staff, I can guarantee that I am a resident here and genuionly love living here. Sounds like you should be the one to pack your bags...I'm glad to help if you need it! Sorry for the few "bad apples" here...it's a wonderful place to live other than these few bitter, sad people!
