Management seems nice - but BEWARE!!

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
i lived there for almost 2 yrs. Never late on my rent. When it rained, water would drip into my apartment. I moved out because I got married, and you know ----- (one of the --------) had the nerve to tell me not to go, to please stay, i was an awesome tenant.. Well, they replaced the carpet after i moved out and sent me a bill cerfified. The bill states to pay it within 15 days or you will be turned over to a collection agency. Well, I had this collection agency calling me EVEN BEFORE i recieved the bill. I dont get it - what happend to the 15 days to pay it' I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay there. When you move out, you find out what crooks they are. Plus, they jack your rent up every year. The apts stink like cat urine.
