The apartments themselves are very nice. And also very expensive. Now there is construction going on directly in front of the complex. The lake levels have dropped, fountains aren't on, the pool is closed, and one of the entrance gates only works during certain hours.
Not worth the price.
Maintenance takes a long time, and personnel changes frequently. The consumer needs to constantly follow up with them to get anything accomplished.
