Just like everyone else, I have to complain about Shadow Creek Apartments. It was awesome when I first moved in but, as everyone else has said, it's gone so downhill!

I think it's funny what the previous person said about all of the drunks living around here. I am paying over $1200 as well and I thought that might ensure a safe environment for my family. However the noise level is rediculous (at 3am no less) and I don't even want my wife to walk outside without me around, in fear that she might get jumped by one of these kids in their car club spinning their tires and sipping on their Natural Lite.

The latest thing is all of the construction going on around here. For MONTHS they've been working on new "improvements" for the buildings, which seems to be coming to no end. All of the buildings are plastered with plastic stuff and with all kinds of metal lifts for the construction workers to reach the high spots. No big deal for a few months, but I think it's been over a year now that they've been working on this. It REALLY looks like the ghetto!!

Finally, as others have stated, the worst part of Shadow Creek is the staff. I think that the general idea they have is to treat all of the tennants like crap. Sometimes some things don't work, the gates or the pool or whatever. That's no biggie, but when the landlord is treating you like crap, well that's just uncalled for in my opinion. There is no excuse for talking down to the residents and treating them like they're not worth your time.
