As a student at Full Sail, I found Shadow creek to be one of the better apartment complexes in the Winter Springs area. My top floor corner apartment was very quiet, I had a good relationship my next door neighbor making it very easy to enjoy living. Though it has its spots of younger residence, try to be nice and they will respect you. No problems with the apartment, neighbors, or the maintenance at first, just dont try to move out of your apartment by yourself and rely on the kindness of stangers or residences to help. Only real problems I had was that the computer/internet room was always occupied by childern playing games, wasting time, and sitting on the chairs in their WET swimming suits. The other problem I had was not with the pool/hot tub being closed, or the basketball courts being repaired, it was with the kids from other neighborhoods using and mistreating the property and nothing being done about it. Other than those few things, I found Shadow Creek to be a great place to live out a year or two.
