This "mold" is not mold at the window sills. I will be willing to educate the public. This is condensation build-up. It occurs when you have an exterior temperature(hot or cold) mix with the opposite interior temperature. Mildew will occur at this point, it will grow faster if you keep your blinds shut, and do not allow air to circulate. I live at Shadow Creek, but work in the apartment industry. People will complain about this until the end of time. Educate is the key to fight ignorance. Ask questions, and be willing to LISTEN to the answer, especially if it is truthful and accurate.
