The last poster obviously works for the company. It would be impossible for this community could have any less courteous and professional staff. I have had the mold issues myself and have yet to have the management see fit to visit my apartment to look at it after I have complained about it 4 times. Black mold is not something to be taken lightly.

Unfortunately I do not have them money to just get up and move like some of the other people that have posted. The experience here at Shadow Creek was one where we were brought in thinking that this was the nicest and safest place to live in the area. How far from the truth that is. The rents are outrageous, unless you were a friend of the previous manager and got one of her "specials" The mold is so bad that at times my son and I have to go to my Ex Husbands house to sleep. I have had an air quality company come in that has recommended I report the problem to the health department. When I called the Health Department, they said they already knew about it but that it was the owners responsibility and the the repairs they completed were supposed to have fixed the problems. Well here is a clue, it did not and no one seems to want to hear that. I guess they are just going to sell their problems to someone else.

I have an attorney that I am speaking with to get me out of the apartment and he is asking if I have other residents or former residents that want to start a class action lawsuit against the owners of the apartment.
