I have lived in Shadow Creek for almost two years now. I've found it to be a beautiful, well-maintained property. The construction was annoying, but now that the construction is over, I truly have no complaints. In fact, I was shocked to read some of the reviews on this website! I guess that noise level problems are dependant on where on the property you happen to live, but I have yet to have a problem with noisy neighbors. Besides, the new management company that has taken over seems to be on top of things. I give Shadow Creek an A !!!
