Mold is a serious problem at this complex. And it is mold , I have pictures and I had 2 diffrent companies that specialize in mold identification and removal come out and they said it was black mold. The worst kind. Caused my dog to get very sick and possibly caused her heart problems the vet said. Also I now have breathing problems which is getting better since I moved out. The mold was not the only problem I had either, I lived on the 3rd floor and as they were doing contruction on the building I guess they cracked one of the tiles on the roof. Well, IT started leaking and this was the middle of last summer with all the rain. Eventually water was running down the wall and even caused it to bust out , I have the pictures of that as well from day one till I moved out I took a picture everyday to record it. They said I caused the hole, yeah right !!! I went up on the roof and broke it so it would leak , thats what they implied , Give me a break. Needless to say I was in that apartment for 8 months total and for 23 days the roof leaked and water ran down the wall. They never fixed it. I got an attorney and got out of my lease. Then when I moved out they tried to charge me for all kinds of stuff but I told them I would have my attorney call them again so they didnt charge me. Terrible noise as well and the crime is terrible. Just check the sunday paper under police activity and go to the winter springs part and look at Every log that says English Town lane , you will see. Don't move in there. LUXURY my butt, the apartments across the street are much better and cheaper , in fact i know of 4 other residents from there that live here now that moved out because of the same mold issues.
