Do you like the idea of deliquent teens from outside using and vandalizing the amenities YOU pay for, smoking pot by the pool at night, propping the gym doors open, destroying the pool & gym bathroom, breaking bottles by the pool, breaking into mail boxes'
Or if you like college students partying in the breezeways, blasting music until 5:00 am, yelling in the parking lot, getting drunk by the pool (and yes, breaking bottles as well), then this is also the place for you!
Maybe you like cars screeching through the parking lot at night' Or do you like random acts of arson in your trash bin' How about your car stereo being stolen' Dude, then by all means, sign that lease!
