I agree with some other negative opinions already stated. Maintenance is non existent. Ameneties are frequently unavailable due to disrepair. Walls are like paper. You hear EVERYTHING.

Would everyone just chill out about the noise? I've read through at least 100 of these reviews, not one said "complete silence, move here cause it's like you live underwater!" It doesn't exist people, just understand something when you live in apartment, and this is universal, it applies to anywhere on the planet, when you live in A-PART-ment, it means you are sharing A PART of a building with someone. Chances are, the walls aren't made out of the same stuff the Oval Office is. Get over it.
