Not a bad place.. but we've seen much better

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
Not the worst place on the block. If you're looking at it for the amenities, go elsewhere because as has been said.. they're always broken. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay, this could be it. With the rental rates going up and up though, it's not the best bang for the buck.
No problems with mold for us, although we're on the second floor.
2008 Edit: This place continues to go downhill, maintenance is slow to respond. The "security" gates are useless, and with local kids running all over the place, its just become a pain to live here.
